Job Title: Sales Support Specialist
The Sales Support Specialist will oversee Zo Financials’ training and retailer support for a region after the sales team has contacted and contracted a potential client. The sales Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the client relationship, continuing training with clients, and acting as the liaison with the various retailers that Zo Financial has partnered with.
Job Duties:
1. Operate as a primary point of contact for select Retailers by providing each Retailer with outstanding customer service and day-to-day management of the business relationship
2.Schedule and conduct reoccurring and/or individual training on lease-purchase origination, software, updates, Zo Financial Policies and Procedures, and remedial training as needed
3. Remain in constant contact with Regional Sales Teams to identify and manage the day-to-day expectations between Zo Financial Customer Service Teams, Retail Support Teams, and select Retailers
4. Communicate with Retailers any and all changes to lease-purchase process, policy and procedure updates, and escalate any issues, concerns, challenges, and/or needs by the Retailer to Zo Financial leadership
5. Prospecting, locating, and securing contact information for new business for the Regional Sales Team; act as a first point of contact and local representative for all sales visits
6. Traveling to retailer locations on a reoccurring basis to manage business relationships and Retailer expectations
7. Participate in reoccurring business meetings with select Retailers to address, assist with, and discuss sales, profits, growth, market share, etc.
8. Actively participate in weekly sales meetings to identify current trends, issues, and compliance related findings
Required Qualifications
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Ability to pass a background check
3. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
4. 2-3 years sales and customer service experience
5. 1 year professional experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
6. Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
7. Associates Degree w/ concentration in Finance, business, or other related fields
8. 3+ years sales and customer service experience
9. 3+ years professional experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
