Job description

The Sales Support Specialist is the liaison and the advocate for the client between Sales, Sales Engineering, Application and Hosted Design, Project Management/Coordination Team, Service Delivery, Billing Team, and the ERT/CSC. They are responsible for auditing and progressing orders once paperwork is signed and submitted by Sales.

Sales Support begins the client onboarding experience to ensure an easy transition to Segra. Sales Support is responsible for maintaining the client relationship by being a point of contact within Segra, facilitating and monitoring any installation, billing, and service issues that arise, with a goal of making telecom easy for not only Sales, but our clients as well.

The Sales Support Specialist will work directly with the client to gather additional order details and missing paperwork along with researching clients current services with their current provider, along with having product and vertical knowledge that applies to the vertical to understand if the solution sold will work.

Sales Support must work out of multiple systems and have a good understanding of the products and how they fit with each proposed solution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Telecommunication/telecom: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales support: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
