Our unique products have been sold for over 10 years all over the world through more than 20 company owned retail stores in the US, online, wholesale accounts and international distributors.
Objective:
The Yogibo Sales Support is responsible for supporting the sales process in retail locations.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and organization. They will have experience with a POS, have strong attention to detail and be a team player.
General Responsibilities:
- Receive merchandise from Yogibo warehouses
- Prepare deliveries back to the Yogibo warehouses
- Dress merchandise
- Bring merchandise to store location from stock areas, stock shelves and help staff with merchandising
- Add price tags to merchandise
- Ring sales on the POS, calculating discounts, determining the bill and taking payments. Wrap or bag merchandise for customers. Assist customers with carry out as needed
- Keep the showroom clean and orderly.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation is based on experience and skill sets ($15.50/hour no commission)
- Benefits for Full Time employees include PTO, health insurance, product discounts
- A minimum of (1) year customer service experience
- High School diploma or equivalent GED
- Communication proficiency
