Rescue One Training for Life specializes in providing a full array of life safety training and medical product solutions to individuals, health care providers, and organizations of all sizes. We are one of the Mid-Atlantic’s largest life safety training organizations and independent distributors of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and other medical supplies. Our certified safety training courses include CPR, AED, First-Aid, ACLS, PALS, BLS, Bloodborne Pathogens, Emergency Medical Responder, and Fire Extinguisher Safety. Our goal is to provide a complete turn-key solution, covering all aspects of an AED or Life Safety Program including deployment, maintenance, and life-saving courses to prepare a home or business for emergencies.

Full-Time Sales Support Administrator

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Full-time Sales Support Administrator/Order Processor to help support the performance of our company’s sales experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that our sales process is coordinated seamlessly and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. In this important role, we will rely on you to provide sales support and process orders of automated external defibrillators and other medical supplies, as well as other life safety equipment to companies and individuals nationwide. Will train.

Job functions will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing sales orders to include shipping items and documenting sales information
  • Answering customer calls
  • Assisting Sales Representatives
  • Handling e-Commerce orders
  • Performing data entry
  • Processing purchase orders, shipping, and receiving
  • Monitoring customer accounts
  • Processing invoices though QuickBooks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college experience preferred but not required
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel), Google Docs and experience with other databases/software
  • QuickBooks experience a huge plus
  • Shipping experience
  • Position is trainable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
