Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, successful Sales Support Administrator with at least three years of experience providing support to a remote sales team. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this person will focus on providing support to the sales team through CRM management, proposal writing, account support, and meeting coordination, among other things.
This position is in support of our suite of services, which includes our comprehensive mental health care and wellbeing solutions, as well as our Fit to Pass® retention and recruiting solutions for the trucking industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer CRM for the sales team
- Coordinate and contribute to RFP responses, as well as execute select prospect and account quotes
- Coordinate events such as sales meetings (both internal and external), conferences, etc
- Generate/prepare reports for sales team updates (weekly), monthly business reviews, and quarterly meetings. May also include KPI updates and prospect profiles.
- Contract management such as identifying deliverables, performance requirements for implementation meetings), and periodic client reviews.
- Work with current accounts, providing support when needed and directed
- Prepare presentations in collaboration with marketing
- Work closely with Marketing on sales collaterals, presentations, requested materials, webinar organization, and more.
Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience in sales administration
- Demonstrated excellence in performance related to key objectives and quarterly metrics
- Experience with Salesforce CRM required
- ZoomInfo experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within the sales organization
- Attention to detail
- Quick learner
- Demonstrates urgency
Compensation:
- Salary and incentives commensurate with experience and performance.
