ClearStaff, a Chicago-based industrial staffing firm, is looking for experienced outside B2B sales candidates with good communication skills. Our top candidates are masters at developing relationships, consistently working a given territory through cold calling/networking, and understanding the sales process.

This is a true sales position not burdened by endless meetings or micro-management.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed and a determination to secure a generous income. You must have a strong personal and phone presence along with the ability to work with all levels of management.

We would like to talk with you if you have experience selling to distribution or manufacturing companies. We have an aggressive commission structure that can provide a six-figure income.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 plus years in new account development.
• Experience selling business-to-business solutions.
• Ability to develop strong business relationships.
• Proven year-over-year new sales progress.
• Basic Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook

Key Responsibilities

• Generating revenue and meeting sales quotas
• Developing and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold calling networking and other lead generation opportunities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
