Purpose Statement

Ideal Sales Representative candidate will have experience with sales to the Architecture/Design industry or have sales experience with hard surfaces.

Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

(1) Saturday/Month approx. 8:00am – 1:00pm

Job Description: Hiring outside & inside sales reps.

· Managing walk-in and appointment sales traffic.

· Responsible for sales of natural stone products to interior designers/architecture industry.

· Ability to independently manage time efficiently.

· Excellent attention to detail and account management follow-through.

· Excellent customer service and hospitality skills while interfacing with luxury clients.

· Daily responsibilities include: working with luxury clients daily, managing showroom phone calls, scheduling client appointments, following through with client and designer requests, preparing and shipping sample requests, issuing pricing, conducting warehouse customer appointments, updating website with inventory photographs, Photoshop and Trello updates-will train, prepare showroom for weekly lunch and learns and showroom small group events, warehouse inventory support as needed, inside sales support for outside sales, taking ownership of showroom and warehouse cleanliness and organization.

· Desire to assist outside sales consultants in closing client sales.

· Desire to develop sales to design/architecture industry for high-end residential, commercial, hospitality
projects.

· Willing to commute to/from Elk Grove Village daily and bi-weekly commute downtown to attend industry events after hours.

· Gaining an understanding of markets assigned, search out new areas / accounts / design firms.

· Working with a team internally and externally for ideas and growth potential.

· Monthly sales goal based on clientele, selling in the market.

· Client visits outside the showroom for updates.

· Growth opportunity to become outside sales representative and commission.

BONUS based on sales goals.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Sales Experience 5+ years and Excellent Communication is required.
  • Ideal candidate will have sales experience to high-end customers and Account management experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $79,390.81 - $87,385.89 per year
