Responsibilities:
We currently have a great opportunity available for a Sales/QA Solutions Manager. The Sales/QA Solutions Manager is responsible for the marketing of our Industrial Quality Assurance solutions throughout Latin America, Canada and US Markets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Have primary quality responsibility for Industrial QA solutions across Sysmex America, Inc. spanning Latin America, Canada and USA territories. This role will include direct sales and QA responsibilities for customers in Canada, the US and Latin America.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and distributors in the development of an evergreen business strategy for the Sysmex Industrial QA solutions.
  • Bring practical insights to customers by leveraging industry expertise to position the value of the Sysmex portfolio.
  • Work closely with the Sysmex Corporation team members worldwide to develop opportunities for Industrial QA solutions across Latin America, Canada and USA territories. Target markets include Genomic Analysis (Ploidy and Genome Sizing), Beverage Quality Assurance (Wine, Beer and Spirits) with Business Development activities in Wastewater Treatment.
  • Drive for key growth metrics including revenue growth, key reference site development, sales demonstrations and follow-on opportunity closing activities.
  • Utilize and maintain MS Dynamics CRM to manage on-going opportunities within existing customer base, while prospecting for new customers, thus providing clear forecasting and pipeline development.
  • Attend national conference exhibitions and host exhibitions as appropriate to target customer audience.
  • Travel regularly throughout Latin America, Canada and USA territories (subject to COVID 19 restrictions) to develop sales opportunities, ensure high levels of customer service and retention of key customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Individual Education & Training Required for Position: Training required for this position is defined and governed in accordance to COP-0013 Associate Training and will be assigned in the LMS.

50%
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required. 5-10 years of previous experience in sales and industrial QA required. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with industry expertise in Quality Assurance and Product Design.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred.
  • MS Office, including moderate to advanced PowerPoint and Excel. Must be knowledgeable in the use of MS Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills with excellent written and oral presentation capabilities. Excellent influencing skills, and the ability to deal directly with professional and managerial levels customers.
  • Ability to solve complex problems by bringing together the right people into a structured process.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to building a new business with varying levels of structure.
