Sales Optimization Coordinator

Job Summary

Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our sales optimization team.

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

• Run detailed profitability reports and provide to executive team.
• Research and identify possible issues that could negatively impact profit, and work with internal departments to address.
• Manage vendor deductions through deviations, and partner with internal and external teams to address issues.
• Work with sales and contract maintenance aligning accounts with group purchasing organizations.
• Manage reporting flags to ensure all required data is sent as required.
• Analyze order guides and contracts to help identify how to sell more cases and maximize profitability.
• Manage vendor deductions and third-party audits for our customers.
• Requires knowledge of basic accounting practices and organizational skills.
• Must be able to analyze data and multi-task.
• Requires critical thinking and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Other duties as assigned.
