My name is Austin,

I was an Army Officer that recently transitioned out of the Army from Fort Hood where I stepped into a Roofing Consultant position after interviewing with one of Holden Roofing’s team leads. I had no experience in sales or construction, nor any experience in outside sales. I saw the opportunity for growth and a company that had heart and a desire to see others win. The transition was seamless and with the team that helped me along the way failure was nonexistent! I was promoted to a team lead within the first 9 months of working with Holden.

In 1.5 years after leaving the military, I have reached a point of success where my wife no longer has to work and can stay home with our four kids with zero need or want! I am reaching out now because I love what I do and how much what I do has brought my family success for our future goals while caring for others. I want to pass that on to other military personnel or anyone that may be searching for their next adventure, their next goal, or their next family.
