• The role of the Sales Engineer will range depending on experience. Ability to sell to mechanical engineers, mechanical contractors and building owners will set you up for success. Having a solid understanding of HVAC systems and products is crucial.

• In this role, strong salespeople with product knowledge and the ability to sell on the strength of the company and the lines carried is of the upmost importance. This role has HUGE growth opportunities including ownership opportunity!

Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relative field experience. A bonus would be 2+ years of sales success. They should have strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional communication skills.

Compensation: includes a base salary up to 80k/year, along with an uncapped incentive plan. Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, 100% covered health/dental insurance and profit sharing.
