The Sales Director will manage and oversee all sales operations in our organization. The main objectives would be to meet and exceed current sales targets. As part of the role, the sales director will manage, delegate, and evaluate our Sales department in order to determine the best way to create and execute new opportunities. The sales Director will be in charge of the company’s sales team to ensure they meet the monthly KPI. They’re responsible for leading and motivating their team to make more sales and to improve their overall customer service skills with clients. Sales Directors will also build strategic plans and goals for their team members to closely follow to ensure they hit their sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and exceed or reach the company’s target in a timely manner.
  • Develop, execute, and oversee strategies and plans to achieve business goals.
  • Build and maintain a plan to retain good and lasting relationships with clients.
  • Create and maintain accurate records and sales reports.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through our book of business
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
  • Successfully create businesses from new and existing client accounts
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Sales Director in Debt Settlement and Business Finance Services or any relevant role
  • Merchant Cash Advance experience or good understanding
  • Experience with managing a big Sales Team (at least 35 people)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, SalesForce, Oracle, and Zoho software is a plus
  • Well-developed math and business skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute strong strategies.
  • Good leadership skills and ability to motivate the sales team
  • Ability to manage and delegate a big sales team.
  • High level of understanding of the debt settlement industry
  • Ability to recognize and recruit sales representatives who will be successful
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, and economics. (Master's Degree preferred)
