We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our sales team in South PA.
You Will Spend Your Time...
It’s an exciting time to be part of IFF, we are looking for an energized Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team. The Sales Coordinator provides critical support to the Account Manager, (AM), assist managing customer relations and data integrity specifically but not limited to IFFMan, SAP, and Salesforce. In conjunction with the AM act as liaison between customers and all IFF areas and functions. The Sales Coordinator facilitates timely delivery of requirements as stated on customer brief and resolution of issues that arise during the brief to win process.
  • In collaboration with AM. enter customer briefs and related tasks into internal systems.
  • Ensure proper linkage between brief to win and order fulfillment process.
  • In collaboration with the AM maintain accurate, project, customer and pricing information in IFFMan and communicate changes as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and remove potential roadblocks without involving AM wherever possible.
  • Handle various internal and external inquires for the AM often without his/her involvement.
  • Facilitate, expedite, and track samples/documents/creative tasks.
  • Insure timely communication with internal and external customers.
  • Keep AM informed of potential disruptions relevant to the brief to win process.
  • 5% Run non-standard reports and maintain spreadsheets as required.
  • 5% Attend customer visits, lab tastings and participate in meetings and presentations with AM when time allows.
  • 5% Understand basic process characteristics of other IFF/Tastepoint functional areas including: Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Creative Lab, Consumer Insights, Finance, Customer Service, GRA, etc. Participate in training programs as required.

Job Requirements:
  • High School Degree or GED.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written, analytical and inter-personal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new software systems.
  • Proactive, tenacious, customer focused and results oriented.
  • Excellent decisions making abilities.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 - 3 Years experience in flavor manufacturing environment
