The J Jill Sales Associate/Stylist plays a critical role in helping us acquire, develop and retain our customers using product knowledge, passion and true fashion sense. Expert Stylists understand our customer and know how to help her look and feel great. They have a great eye for balancing silhouettes and proportions to create flattering looks and know how to use color to complement and enhance a customer's individual style. They can construct layered outfits and help a customer build an entire wardrobe of versatile looks.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone with high energy, enthusiasm and dedication who either comes from a sales background or eager to learn. We are looking for flexibility with scheduling including nights and weekends, and the ability to work around holidays and peak seasons.
