Join our sales team! We are the largest Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Dealer in Washington, with more than 21 locations across Seattle, Federal Way, Kent, Tacoma, and Lacey, and more than 100 locations nationwide.

We are searching for enthusiastic and motivated sales associates for our Tacoma locations, both part-time and full-time employment. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with opportunities to advance. We offer either, salary + commission OR hourly + commission. The ideal candidate is independent, self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed. An individual who can work effectively with store management to increase sales and execute monthly goals.

Position Summary:

- Responsible for driving sales to new and current customers in a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Dealer Store.

- Responsible for the day to day operations of retail store

- Providing excellent customer service for our existing and new customers.

Essential Functions:

- Promote sales by assisting customers and offering suggestions.
- Ability to communicate professionally in person and by phone.
- Responsible for counting phone and accessories inventory levels daily
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers
- Utilize product knowledge to promote sales.
- Responsible for ensuring store appearance is clean and presentable at all times.
- Enter register transactions accurately.
- Stay informed of store policies, procedures, and promotions.

Minimum Requirements:
- Willingness to approach customers & offer assistance in purchasing service, cellphone, and accessories
- High School or GED equivalent or equivalent related experience
- Excellent listening and oral communication skills
- 1 year retail sales or customer service experience; experience in the wireless telecommunications industry is preferred
- Must be proficient in computer skills, POS systems, spreadsheets, word processing
- Must be available to work typical retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
- Wireless sales experience a plus, but not required.
