Sales Associate Reward:
- Average pay is $80,000.00 but not limited
- $36,000.00 + excellent monthly incentive
- $2,500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days

Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers about their financial and personal objectives
- Identify customer credit needs to provide appropriate loan solutions and product offering
- Build strong, trusting relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work with customers & the branch finance team through the entire lending cycle
- Follow up on leads and set appointments
- Generate new business at times (training & direction provided)
Hours for Sales Associate:
- 5-day workweek schedule
- No Sundays
- Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
- Location hours: M/F 9-7, T/W/TH 9-6, SA 9-4
Sales Associate Requirements:
- Sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Able to work the listed hours
- Able to pass a background check
- Commission sales
- Rent-to-own sales
- Cell phone/mobile sales
- Insurance/mortgage sales
- Inside sales
