Commercial HVAC material supplier in Palm Beach, FL has an immediate opening for a Sales Assistant to provide inside support. Our goal is to effectively promote sales of HVAC equipment in the commercial construction market and to deliver unparalleled service to our customers. Day-to-day tasks would include assisting Outside Sales Engineers to provide after-sale project management and exceptional customer support. Hands-on training is provided.
Basic Function:
Administration of Sales Orders from inception to close out
Responsibilities:
1. Customer communication including PO, credit & contract requirements
2. Process factory & stock orders
3. Coordinate product deliveries
4. Support accounting with project payables & receivables
5. Project coordination with responsible sales Engineer

Education / Training:
High School degree
Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel competency required
Skills /Qualifications / Experience:
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
Good communication skills, including verbal & written communication
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Professional, trustworthy and dependable
Sales Assistant and/or Project Management experience preferred, but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
