Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Hyattsville, MD
Overview:
Sales Administrators are responsible for supporting the Sales Department in several ways. A problem solver by nature, this position will engage with the Sales team daily, enter customer information into our system, complete pertinent reporting and filing tasks, interact with customers and, in general, contributing to the success of the Sales team and WB Waste Solutions. Ideal candidates will be very organized and versatile. Our Sales Administrator must be thorough, articulate, open to new tasks, proficient in Microsoft Office and driven by a desire to support the Sales Department in its efforts to retain and expand WB Waste Solutions’ footprint throughout the area.
Responsibilities:
· Enter and update customer data into the WB Waste Solutions CRM platform.
· Respond to inbound inquiries and help improve sales efficiency and effectiveness targets.
· File and store customer documents, both physically and digitally.
· Complete necessary weekly and monthly reports.
· Manage the WB Waste Solutions credit process.
· Assist with Permanent and Temporary container sales.
· Assist with monitoring equipment maintenance/repair process.
· Assist with large projects and a variety of sales tasks.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience plus an associate’s degree is a plus.
· Strong time management and prioritization skills.
· Experience working with a CRM system to facilitate lead qualification and advancement of the sales cycle.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Excellent telephone and communication skills.
· Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
· A general understanding of supply chain.
· Experience in the waste industry a major plus.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
