Are you an experienced driver that is looking for more then just driving location to location? This role might just be for you. In this role you will drive an RV to marketing events and help set-up the RV and engage prospective clients with a Career Agent.

Responsibilities

As an RV Driver for Humana you will drive the RV to different locations in the Philadelphia area and set it up for marketing events supporting Medicare Career Agents. This position works flexible shifts as work dictates. You will stay in contact with Supervisor via cell phone due to changes in schedule, as well as reporting set-up locations and any RV defects.

You will maintain and submit a drivers log to include foot traffic, enrollments, and mileage driven. You will be responsible for ensuring the RV is mechanically safe and clean. This will include checking fluid levels throughout the day as well as other vehicle safety measures.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule with hours/shifts, location/hub (for coverage), with the potentials for overtime working weekends and evenings based on business needs
• Good driving record and knowledge of streets and addresses in the driving area
• Must have basic mechanical skills and ability to inspect vehicles daily to ensure working condition, e.g. fluid levels, seatbelt and safety straps, lights and signals, tires
• This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual (English/Creole or English/Spanish) language fluency preferred.
• Professional experience driving commercial/oversized vehicles
• Knowledge of MS Outlook and Word

Additional Information

• Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.
