Use your advocacy and curriculum development skills to help victims of domestic violence who also experience gun violence.

Position may be eligible for sign on bonus!

Responsibilities:

Work in our rural location in Hoosick Falls and Albany County.

Build positive and collaborative relationships with local law enforcement and other community members.

Provide crisis intervention, case management, emotional support, safety planning and other supportive services to victims of domestic violence.

Create and coordinate community events.

Participate in rotating on-call system that requires some nights and weekends.

Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging

Requirements:

Three years of experience working with victims of domestic violence or similar populations; valid NYS driver license and acceptable driving record; reliable transportation; prior curriculum development experience helpful; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in applicable field preferred.
