Job Summary:
- Data Entry, Cycle Count Components, Purchase Orders, and other Reports
- Data Entry
- Verify Supplier Pack list against Purchase Orders
- Input data into an Excel Summary
- Maintain Supplier Performance Rating
- Cycle Count Components
- Enter Inventory Adjustments when needed
- Assist in the investigation of losses and gains of inventory
- Purchase Orders
- Enter Purchase Requisitions into Glovia
- Enter PO Change Forms directed from other Departments
- Update all Open POs to the correct cost per the Purchase Cost Change Form
- Reports
- Run MRP and pull daily reports
- Run Open Purchase Order Reports
- Run Daily Inventory Reports for all Purchased Parts
- EOMI
- Assist in all EOMI activity
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience with Data Entry and Excel
- Basic Math Skills
- Strong Organization and Communication Skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Regular and prompt attendance required
- Submit to and pass all drug screens
- Report any accidents / injuries /near misses immediately and cooperate fully with any investigations
- Follow all RTI policies and procedures
