Principal Accountabilities
Primary functions- injection operations, meat weigh-up and mixing operations, ability to operate a jack.
Requires lifting, standing for long periods, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, and recording weights from scales.
Responsible for completion of paperwork and other miscellaneous duties.
Use basic math skills including addition and subtraction.
Ability to perform multiple tasks such as coordinating schedules and priorities.
Set up prior to shift, and tear down after shift, as well as cleaning equipment
Work overhead for periods of time whilst setting up.
Perform injection checks.
Work in RTC rotation on non-injection days rotating within the department and other departments
Must be able to push V-Mags that weigh upwards of 600 lbs
Must be able to lift upwards of 50 lbs

Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to work flexible hours and/or shifts
Must be detail oriented.
Accuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessity
Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills.
Must be a team player, but also must be able to work well alone.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous production/farm experience
Previous Cargill experience
Work history in the past 12 months
