Mickey’s Linen is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage existing customers on route, and grow an established route with additional products and services. The weekly schedule is full time, 4-5 days per week, 1st shift, and no weekend work.

The daily job responsibilities, is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position, delivering on average to 18-25 customers per day. Our Route Service Representatives deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, floor mats, and table linen. The position requires building relationships with key decision makers, ensure quality standards and responding to customer inquires and requests, overseeing customer inventory, and weekly needs. Job responsibilities also include cross-selling additional products and services, and negotiating service agreement renewals while working professionally, safely, and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations.

This is a Monday through Friday position, full time, no weekends.

Requirements

- Must have at least 2 years experience in customer service.

- Must be physically capable of handling route work and a clean driving record.

- Enjoys working with people, and has an attitude for customer service

- Ability to keep good customer relationships, and account management.

- Must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Our fleet consists of 18' step-vans and 26' straight trucks..

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
