Rosen Materials, a division of US LBM is seeking a Roof Loader for our Tampa, FL location to assist with our roofing division Coastal Roofing Supply.

Rosen Materials is a leading distributor of residential and commercial building products in the United States and the Caribbean. We are seeking skilled individuals to assist with our roofing division Coastal Roofing Supply. Coastal Roofing Supply and Rosen Materials have partnered to add roofing products to the Tampa Location in southwest Florida. With the addition of Coastal Roofing Supply, our Tampa location will now offer the best in roofing products, including metal, shingle and concrete tile for residential and commercial roofing, to area building professionals. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of our industry, able to perform heavy lifting, and have good communication skills. If you're a hard worker that wants, then we've got opportunities for you!

Wage: $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience

Roof Loader Duties:

• Deliver and unload materials to customers’ satisfaction
• Operate forklifts when necessary
• Build and stage loads for delivery
• Assist in receiving and unloading trucks
• Complete yard functions; inventory counts, material handling, yard organization, etc.

Roof Loader Requirements:

• Experience in roofing or construction preferred
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach. Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to lift to 100 lbs. throughout the work shift
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
