Rock Supremacy LLC is hiring and we need to fill a few positions.

Rock Supremacy is a rock stabilization company based out of Bend, Oregon. We are licensed in over 20 states. Travel is a requirement, and you can be on the road for 2-4 weeks at a time.

Rock Supremacy is currently looking to hire 3 rock scalers/high wall specialists. Qualified candidates are dependable, not afraid of hard work, have good work employment history, comfortable working in the elements (rain, wind, snow, heat, sun)

You must be comfortable working at heights, in a harness and on a rope (not all of our jobs require this, but many do), as well as performing other construction duties on the ground. Previous rope work puts you to the front of the list. All employees are responsible for providing their own climbing harness and gear.

Typical work days include, but are not limited to, building and installing rock bolts and dowels, mixing grout, shooting shotcrete, blasting with C4, moving bags of cement, rock scaling, drilling, operating heavy equipment & specialty equipment, working in and around heavy equipment. This is a high intensity position.

A construction background is a must. Rock Supremacy will train an eager individual to promote mutual success. Please include your resume and references in your reply.

• Hours vary but the average work week is 45-70 hours a week.
• Pay between $32-$40 Standard Rate/$48-$60 Overtime Rate (depending on skill set)
• Weekly pay range is $2,200- $3,200. Per diem starts at $70/per work day for new hires. Per diem raises quickly for outstanding new hires.

Must Have (Do not send a resume if you don't check all the boxes)

• Held a previous job for at least 24 months
• Construction background. At least 24 months (one of the following) of commercial, heavy civil, mining, oil & gas drilling, cell phone or windmill tower maintenance/construction experience
• Not weak hearted
• Competitive and driven attitude
• Rope Access experience

Reliable transportation is required and a valid driver’s license.

Checking account is required.

Travel is required

You are required to possess a full body climbing harness, steel toed boots and a hard hat before you are signed on.

You must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
