Robotics Clinical Account Representative:
The Smith & Nephew Robotics Clinical Account Representative is focused on CORI utilization, CORI training, and robotic program launch for knee and the RI Hip navigated solution. The Robotics Account Representative serves as the CORI robotics expert and provides case coverage and account support. The RAR will be responsible for managing assigned accounts and increasing CORI case volumes for both knee and hip through the addition of CORI surgeon users, marketing initiatives, CORI pre-sale activity support, and various revenue generating activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Train surgeons and hospital staff on the correct use of CORI technology including all current and future applications along with digital tools
- Communicate and collaborate with RBDM, recon and capitol sales teams to implement new CORI accounts
- Launch and implement new robotics applications and platforms in existing and new SNN robotics accounts
- Work directly with Robotics Business Development Managers, Regional Managers and recon reps to drive robotic and navigated case utilization
- Assist capital sales team in assigned territory to provide pre- sale clinical validation as needed
- Drive CORI sales and increase robotic and navigated case volumes in existing CORI accounts via surgeon cold-calls, patient seminars, marketing efforts etc
- Cold call orthopedic surgeons to increase number of CORI surgeon users at assigned accounts
- Work closely with RBDM in applicable accounts to build a business plan, collaborate to execute the plan, and drive CORI utilization
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in medical devices with proven track record preferred
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Travel: 50- 75%
All field sales professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role, must successfully compete our credentialling process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management.
