Job description
Quality Manufacturing a fast-paced, growing metal fabrication company is looking to hire highly skilled and experienced robot operators for first and second shift. Robot Operators prepare and load parts to cycle through a robotic welder. Additionally, they will perform some hand welding and grind parts. A Robot Operator must be a dependable self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. Must be a safety-conscious worker.
Robot Operator Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Possess a high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Welder Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Must be able to bend, kneel, and stand frequently
