SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Registered Nurse works under the general supervision of the Clinical Coordinator and Provider; is able to provide health care to individuals and families as instructed by a physician; performs routine clinical procedures as directed by a physician; participates in patient education; enters appropriate documentation into patients' charts; performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required

Six (6) months RN experience required

Active RN license in the state

Basic Life Support required

ACLS required on telemetry units within 12 months
