Who are we?

Health Care Associates (HCA) and Community Care Givers (CCG) is premier home health care agency in the Greater Grand Rapids area. “Care” is our middle name and we take pride in having provided exemplary care for a variety of service areas for over 40 years. Our clients’ needs range from home maker services to total care and rehabilitation assistance for those with Traumatic Brain Injuries and Spinal Cord Injuries. We also offer skilled Medicare services (PT, OT, SLP and Nursing) as well as private duty nursing, including a pediatric division.

Who we are looking for:

Dedicated LPN's and RN's who want to help provide care for our medically fragile children in their homes, as well as provide a positive, and encouraging atmosphere.

What you will do:

  • Provide daily basic cares
  • Administer medications
  • Trach care/suctioning
  • G-tube feeds
  • O2 administration
  • Documentation
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you need:

  • A valid LPN or RN license
  • Current CPR
  • Pediatric experience is helpful but not necessary (We can train you)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
