Silver Foxes Senior Living & Rehabilitation, LLC in McLeansboro, IL, is a small skilled nursing facility. We are in search of an experienced Director of Nursing / RN.

Required Skills:

• Extensive SNF experience with a vast working knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Excellent clinical and assessment skills
• Management and Leadership Skills with a flair for effectively training staff
• Excellent Communication Skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall operations of the nursing department
• Oversight of clinical services
• Develop and Maintain positive relationships with residents, family members and medical providers
• Recruiting/staffing/scheduling for the nursing department
• Managing department budget and ordering supplies while controlling expenses, etc.

Wage is negotiable based on experience of successful candidate.

A Sign On Bonus of $10,000 is currently attached to this position.

Experience:

• Directors of Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Supervising experience: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• RN License (Required)
