-We are a new, state of the art, short-term sub-acute skilled nursing facility
-We specialize in short-term transitional rehab care for patients that need care for several weeks before they return back home.
We offer 42 private suites for our patients to recover in as we nurse and rehab them back to health.
Job Description:
-We are currently accepting applications & resumes for our Nurse Manager position who will be the charge nurse over all new admissions
-This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition to our facility from the hospital and warm welcome once in their fully private suite.
- Some of your responsibilities will be
- Ensuring an accurate and full assessment of each patient is complete and prompt once they have arrived
- Communicate all patient needs with MD and Director of Nursing
- Ensuring the room is ready and all necessary items are in place for quality care of the patient
- Ensure all orders and care plans are properly coordinated and communicated to floor nurses and CNAs
Qualifications:
-We are hiring a Charge Nurse who is a Registered Nurse.
-Must be licensed in Nevada.
-Must have 1+ years working as a nurse.
-Most qualified applicants will have some managerial experience, for example charge nurse, etc.
-Must have current CPR and clear background with no license restrictions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $49.00 per hour
