Remote RN - Administration Position

Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill a the role of on call nursing administration. This position will be every other weekend from Friday noon - Monday noon. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

• Admin on call
• Every other weekend starting Friday at noon and ending Monday at noon
• Work remotely from hone
• Answer nursing questions for field nurses, therapists, and aides.
• Coordinate and input new referrals in the system for the on-call nurse
• Communicates with Hospital / Referral Services to coordinate care
• Sets up DME/Supplies for the weekend admits
• Writes orders and assign visits to the weekend on-call nurse's tablet as needed
• Schedules any after hour/weekend/on-call visits to all Home Health/Hospice team members
• Fax orders, lab results, or other clinical documentation to SNF's, Hospitals, ALF's, Labs, etc... as the need arises.

Qualifications for nursing administration

• Current RN License
• Current CPR Certification
• Interpersonal skills necessary in order to provide effective leadership, maintain a variety of internal and external contacts
• Work cooperatively with a variety of Hospital managers, executives and staff
• Analytical abilities necessary in order to evaluate delivery of care systems and nursing results

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift

Weekly schedule:

• Rotating weekends

COVID-19 considerations:
Current COVID 19 Vaccination preferred but will also accept approved Religious or Medical Exemptions Full PPE worn when required.

Experience:

• Hospital experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Documentation review: 1 year (Preferred)
• Home Health and Hospice: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• RN License (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)
