Falls Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is a 103 bed facility with all private rooms located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

We are looking for compassionate healthcare employees to join our team.

Sign on Bonus $7500 (Four $1875 payments every 90 days your first year) for full time. $3,750.00 for part time.

Offering 12 hour shifts 7a-730p.

Weekend Warrior Option (every Saturday and Sunday) = $3.50 more for every hour worked

Monthly attendance bonus $1 extra dollar for every hour worked.

Matching 401k savings plan after one year of service!

Work only 3 days a week = full time! Leaving you more free days

Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; supervising assigned team members.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with patients, families, physicians, community resources and the general public.

Additional requirements include:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance and continuing care operations

Pay: Up to $40.50 per hour
