As a Retirement Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Account Executive and cross-collaborate between departments while providing exceptional support to the Benefits Service Team and customers. We work across all coverage lines, have access to a variety of markets and always look to provide thoughtful solutions to our customers and their employees.

• You have great verbal and written communication skills and are analytical in your work.

• Investment Reporting
• Maintain & update client and plan records, current investment options & assets, quarterly reporting, model reporting, etc.
• Process requested changes from advisors and clients
• Assist Investment Team in review and documentation of fund managers.
• Collect and log all notes/commentary into CRM
• Assist Investment Team with research, collection, and compilation of market and economic commentary.
• Manage online CRM database and cloud-based document and email management service.
