Our core purpose is to elevate the way people feel with a combination of the meals that we create, as well as the coaching and guidance we provide both to our customers and our team members.

We are seeking a hospitality minded, sales and community relationship builder who will take accountability for connecting emotionally with customers on the shop floor and events to provide an informative and fun experience.

No food production. All meals are sourced from our central culinary facility in Plant City, FL.

Retail Team Member Mission & Responsibilities:

• Greet and connect with customers on the shop floor and guide them through our store tour while providing an interactive and engaging store experience.
• Actively listen to customers and answer their questions by being highly knowledgeable and confident about menu items (ingredient level and function), Project U wellness coaching, delivery, and other Fitlife Foods services and benefits.
• Support in the maintenance of a neat and tidy store presentation to ensure a positive shopping experience per Fitlife Foods store standards guidelines to maximize selling opportunities.
• Explore and engage in opportunities to collaborate with local businesses in the community to cultivate relationships with trainers, business owners, and patrons.
• Assist store leadership with meal inventory management processes, such as unloading weekly shipments and noting delivery discrepancies.
