Manager's Role:
1. Motivate you sales team.
2. Drive the team meet individual and team goals
3. Ensure your store meets quota on daily, weekly and monthly basis
4. Be the best foundation for the team, helping them in giving best customer service.
5. Responsible in monitoring sales, inventory and implementation of training programs
Must be:
- Have the ability to lead and motivate the team
- Excellent in communication and has "people skill"
- Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility
- Be able to organize Sales Promotions and in-store events
- Great in understanding and analyzing sales figures
