WE ARE SEEKING MOTIVATED, HARDWORKING, INDIVIDUALS WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS. No Prior Cannabis Experience required, but prior customer service experience preferred! We have immediate openings and a career path for anyone.

WHAT: We are seeking RETAIL SHIFT LEADS. If you are a customer service ninja, if you love helping people, if you like educating and assisting people of all walks of life get holistic and homeopathic products, or just fulfill their recreational needs for some of the top cannabis, CBD, THC, CBN, products, flowers, edibles, tinctures, salves, etc. then we have the perfect position for you.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care.
• Provides leadership, support, and guidance to employees.
• Contributes to a strong and robust communications process between all managers and staff.
• Addresses adverse events and action thresholds in area of responsibility.
• Adheres to changes in strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Ensures all employees receive the appropriate training and education according to policies and procedures including ongoing compliance training.
• Managing employees requests and transgressions
• Trains new and current team members on the most up to date company policies and procedures
• Handles customer concerns and manages conflict that arises
• Adhere to company policies and health, safety and employment standards
• Balances cash drawers and prepares cash deposits

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a comprehensive background check
• Valid identification to work in the US
• Familiar with/able to use Microsoft Office
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skill
• Must be proactive and solution oriented with a positive attitude
• Strong multi-tasker and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Retail experience is a plus
