Job Summary
The Retail Service Associate will provide friendly, professional, and technical services to our valued clients, problem-solving and ensuring consistent client satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and referrals. Full time position.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with guests offering excellent customer service every time.
• Consults with clients to understand their needs and preferences related to products and services in person or over the phone.
• Provide accurate technical and sales services, including water testing and chemical equipment solutions.
• Retrieves merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
• Collects payment using the store point of sale system and processes returns and exchanges.
• Maintain service schedule, create reports as requested, process paperwork as required with main Tucson office.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work various hours including weekends and some holidays
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, communication and listening skills
• Lift 50 pounds occasionally
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check & drug test that includes testing for Marijuana. This position deals with hazardous chemicals on a regular basis and is deemed safety sensitive as defined by Arizona Medical Marijuana statute.

Compensation: $13.50 per hour
