We are seeking ambitious Retail Cashiers to join our team at “Shop for Ireland” our gift shop at Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant.

Raglan Road is the #1 Irish hospitality concept and a top 10 grossing independent restaurant in the USA. Located at Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Florida, Raglan Road delivers premium and authentic award winning Irish food & drink. An Irish owned company, Raglan Road is home to a 300 strong team who share a passion for authentic Irish hospitality to provide a truly memorable guest experience. Our 600 seat restaurant, with four bars, showcases live nightly Irish music and dance.

“Shop for Ireland” provides a wide variety of Irish gifts and souvenirs from Celtic jewelry and Irish fragrances to Raglan Road keepsakes and other wonderful bric-a-brac.

Responsibilities:

1. To provide an excellent level of customer service.

2. To work towards achieving both personal and team sales targets.

3. To be alert to customers requirements.

4. To have knowledge of, and take care of stock.

5. To be accurate in the operation of the till systems and be accurate in cash handling and all till transactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.

• Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to use a calculator and calculate percentages and ratios.
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.

• Must be 18 years of age.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
