Jewelry Sales associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service. This includes meeting monthly sales on a personal and departmental basis, demonstrating superior product knowledge to customers, and creating a shopping experience that will make the customer feel welcome and comfortable.

What You’ll Do:

• Achieve And/Or Exceed Assigned Sales Goal
• Process payments on accounts
• Take Credit Applications
• Maintain Company Dress Code - Business professional
• Perform Jewelry Cleaning, Engraving, & Ear Piercings
• Fluency In English & Spanish Is Highly Preferred
• Perform Duties As Assigned
• Assist In Closing & Opening Store By Following Company Set Procedures
• Provide The Utmost Customer Service
• Process Repairs
• Telemarketing
• Follow Safety Procedures - Door, Buttons, Safes, Closing, 1 Item at a time
• Cashier Drops
• Send Thank You Cards
• Take Inbound Phone Calls
• Earn Positive Reviews
• Attend Company Paid Training Seminars
• Dependable Attendance & Punctuality
• Be Proficient In Use Of All Sales Software
• Willingness to agree to and sign agreements related to this role such as, but not limited to: employee handbook, and extended customer information confidentiality agreement

What You’ll Bring to Succeed:

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred
• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years in a fast-paced customer service role or management role or office work experience with customers, problem- solving, partnering with teams, and using effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient computer navigation
• Basic Math Functions
• Experience and comfortable with sales software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
