The Highway Product Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional and professional service

while guiding and empowering guests on their cannabis journey.

Primarily, Specialists will be working in departments that require extensive knowledge and

training.

The two departments that require sales specialists are the Blossom Bar (flower) and the

Extracts Room (Extracts, Sauce, Badder, Rosin). In addition to working in these areas, Specialists

will have the opportunity to work in various roles within the store, gaining a complete

understanding of each role and the responsibilities that come with each.

• Create a world-class and memorable customer experience for all.

• Be an expert in your field. Maintain up to date knowledge on products and industry knowledge, including cannabis laws and regulation.

• Provide excellent customer service as well as maintain a professional, positive, and friendly attitude in all positions on the sales floor. ? Proactively answer customer questions and ensure knowledge of products and usage.

• Execute high customer experience standards, including a world-class culture and industry-leading customer engagement through strong sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Drive repeat business through strong local networking and customer data capture, customer confidence, and building customer loyalty.
• Follow all store procedures, protocols, and rules.
• Cashier transactions with attention to detail and accuracy. All cash handling and drawer reconciliation must be impeccable.
• Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.

Minimum Requirements:

• All applicants must be available to work nights and weekends

• Shifts tend to be 6 to 8 hours, with the majority of the time spent on your feet

• Part-time applicants available for 3-4 shifts per week, full-time 5 days per week

• Ability to learn point-of-sale software and be savvy with Google Suite

• Customer service experience is encouraged

• Excellent attendance is required

• Bilingual is a plus!
