ActionLink connects people with the brands they love inside the top big box retailers! Our team of Electronic Specialists visit major box stores to service, build, and maintain promotional displays for our innovative clients such as Microsoft(r), Samsung(r), Bose(r), among many others.

WHEN & WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

• 5-20 hours per week with guaranteed scheduling
• Retail visits are scheduled and completed Mondays through Fridays 8am-4pm
• Visits are conducted at a variety of retailers within a 30-mile radius of Waterloo, IA

PAY & BENEFITS:

• This role operates on a 3-tiered pay rate system depending on the specific in-store merchandising task being done:
  
  • $16. 00/hour for General Merchandising tasks - these are routine, visual maintenance assignments such as product stocking/placement, updating signage, auditing inventory, tidying up the display, basic endcaps, changeouts, etc.
  • $18.00/hourfor Merchandising Plus tasks - these are more advanced, technically involved assignments such as electronic device set ups/hook-ins, power functionality, display troubleshooting, interactive installations, etc.
  • $20.00 / hour for Special Execution Projects - these are less frequent, but the most advanced-level tasks with highest execution standards involving complex interactive display installations and troubleshooting, working independently or as part of a team
    
  
  
• Paid training, reporting, store-to-store drive time and mileage
• W2 Employment with Biweekly Pay schedule

ARE YOU A MATCH?

• Previous 3PL Experience
• Strong detail-orientation to follow complex written instructions and technical display diagrams
• Ability to work independently without direct in-person supervision as a remote field employee
• Can you learn on the job to successfully complete a variety of tasks with various levels of technical difficulty
• Have reliable transportation to cover our retail vendor locations
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time, bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Access to internet, a printer and smart device (phone or tablet) with Wi-Fi/GPS
• Access to a laptop/Desktop computer
• Have a basic hand-held tool set (screwdrivers, pliers, adjustable wrench, box cutter and dust cloths)
