ActionLink connects people with the brands they love! Our team of Electronic Specialists visit major box stores to service, build, troubleshoot and maintain promotional displays for our innovative clients such as Microsoft(r), Samsung(r), Bose(r), among many others.

WHEN & WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

• Around 10 - 15 hours per week
• Weekly assignments are self-scheduled; flexible scheduling between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
• Visits are conducted at a variety of retailers within a 30 mile radius of Fairfield, CA
• Target at 2059 Cadenasso Dr, Fairfield, CA 94533 is the center of the territory radius
• Rep will also need to cover Napa, Vacaville, and Vallejo

PAY:

This role operates on a 2-tiered pay rate system based on the specific in-store merchandising task being done:

• $21.00 / hour for General Merchandising tasks - these are routine, visual maintenance assignments such as product stocking/placement, updating signage, auditing inventory, tidying up the display, basic endcaps, changeouts, etc.
• $23.00 / hour for Merchandising Plus tasks - these are more advanced, technically involved assignments such as electronic device set ups/hook-ins, power functionality, display troubleshooting, interactive installations, etc.
• $24.00 / hour for Special Execution Projects - these are less frequent, but the most advanced-level tasks with highest execution standards involving complex interactive display installations and troubleshooting, working independently or as part of a team
• W2 biweekly pay schedule
• Eligible for a paid time off accrual plan
• Paid training, mileage, and store-to-store drive time

• Strong detail-orientation to follow sets of written instructions and display diagrams
• Ability to work independently and communicate reliably as a remote field employee
• Access to reliable transportation to cover our retail vendor locations within a 30 mile radius
• Access to internet, basic hand-held tool set, smart device with Wi-Fi/GPS, and printing capability
