Fragrance Retail Sales Specialist

This is a Macys Part -Time permanent year round sales position in fragrances, representing prestige brands Juicy Couture and John Varvatos at Macys Plaza Bonita location .

Looking for candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience preferably in Cosmetics or fragrances.

Must be self motivated, dynamic individuals that will be responsible for providing professional services to customers by selling. In addition, achieving personal sales goals demonstrating Juicy Couture and John Varvatos fragrances and related items . Ensure proper presentation, organization and stock replenishment as needed Also contributing to the Macy's fragrance department . Must have have strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our Macys store. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the Macys Fragrance Department. Must be available to work Thurs- Sun and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Cross-sell products
• Coordinate with the Macys management team o provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Sales Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Brand Ambassador, Sales Associate or similar role,, preferably in cosmetics and fragrances
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• High school degree

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
