Wichita Home Outlet is seeking outgoing and professional individuals to add to our retail team. As a retail associate you will assist customers with questions and purchases. You will maintain a clean and stocked sales area and you will help out with other departments as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail Associate or Cashier experience.

• Performs other duties as directed.

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching and bending and twisting – below waist and above shoulders.
• Frequently required to use repetitive hand to finger motions and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 90 degrees – especially in our stock room areas.
• Use of a computer/checkout system throughout the day.

Scheduling requirements:

• Must be available to work until 6 PM.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Days off will be Sunday and one weekday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
