- Greets and interacts with clients.
- Consults with clients to understand their needs and preferences related to products and services
- Provide accurate technical and sales services, including water testing and chemical equipment solutions.
- Retrieves merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
- Collects payment using the store point of sale system and processes returns and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean retail environment, including merchandise displays and adhering to OSHA policies & procedures.
- Participate in stock management activities
- Promote Poolwerx home services
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work various hours including weekends and some holidays
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent active listening skills
- Lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check & drug test that includes testing for Marijuana. This position deals with hazardous chemicals on a regular basis and is deemed safety sensitive as defined by Arizona Medical Marijuana statute.
