Job Summary:
Custodians are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the orderly of public and private facility areas, premises of office buildings, restrooms, hallways, and all assigned areas. Custodians mix cleaning agents together to create potent sanitizing mixtures and apply them to surfaces to ensure proper sanitization. Custodian wipes clean any residue left behind by applying cleaning agents to ensure that no harmful agents are left behind. Custodians use and maintain buffers and extractors in a safe manner and ensure that they are properly stored away after use. Custodian clean and disinfect vents, furniture, woodwork, and bathroom fixtures such as showers and taps, dusting and/or a high dusting of fixtures, equipment, and designated structures (may utilize catwalks for certain areas); polishing metal fixtures and trimmings. Custodian washes down sinks and toilets by performing spot cleaning services and sanitize bathrooms properly and removing trash and other refuse. Custodian vacuum and shampoo carpets and rugs in lobby areas and clients’ offices. Custodian coordinates efforts with supervisor and managers to ensure a constant supply of cleaning items and account for cleaning inventory and equipment by ensuring that all supplies are in check. The responsibilities of the position may vary by requirements and business needs.

Requirements/Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma/Transcripts are required if you graduated between 2011-2021

Experience: Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)

Must have verifiable work history for the last 10 years

Language: English (Required).

Work Authorization: United States (Required)

Two forms of unexpired ID. etc. Photo ID along with long version birth certificate or social security card (document must be legible/name matches)

Must be 18 years of age

Applicants are subject to a criminal background check and drug screen
