An Upscale French Restaurant Group is seeking a motivated, experienced individual to join our company as a Restaurant Server to provide excellent customer service and an enjoyable dining experience for our patrons. In this job, you primarily take orders from customers, paying attention to any special requests or dietary restrictions, and then deliver their food and beverages. You also clear the table when customers are finished dining.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service

• Greet customers and present menus

• Make suggestions based on their preferences

• Take and serve food/drinks orders

• Upsell when appropriate

• Arrange table settings

• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times

• Deliver checks and collect payments

• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff

• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Skills and qualifications:

• Listen and communicate in a professional and friendly manner

• Focus on customer satisfaction

• Be efficient and organized

• Build good relationships with customers

• Maintain a clean work environment

Bilingual: French, Italian (highly preferred)
