Manager Responsibilities:

• Be a role model when serving guests
• Help produce positive financial results
• Provide strong leadership
• Help train and supervise staff
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety guidelines
• Control purchasing and inventory levels
• Problem solving

Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a leadership position
• 3+ years in the hospitality industry
• Financial management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Dependable and reliable
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
