Responsible for coordinating and leading all aspects of the Restaurant and respective outlets i.e., bar, in-room dinning, and coffee shop, while maintaining a profitable operation, high-quality products, and service levels while maintaining associate engagment. Expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping high quality standards.
